SIPOC

The SIPOC table shows a list of processes in a central column. Start creating data by entering the names of the relevant processes in this central column. Use Shift+Return to create a new line. Then enter additional information about each process in the two columns at the left and the two columns at the right.

    Processes
    Enter the names of the relevant processes. This list is identical to all process lists and process diagrams within the project. This view should only contain major process steps. Other modules will provide a detailed view on the process steps.

    SIPOC Input
    Enter the supplier and the inputs created by this supplier for the process in column 3.

    SIPOC Output
    Enter the output(s) for each process and the names of the involved customer(s)
