The VOC Survey module allows customers to prioritize requirements and fill out benchmarking tables over the internet. A report generator integrated into Qualica Software creates html forms. These forms can be posted by email or hosted on a webserver. Qualica can also assist in hosting questionnaires on www.qualica.net. The input data generated by these forms can be imported into your project database.

The Questionnaire Worksheet
If you open the newly inserted questionnaire, you can see a preview of the html form generated from the existing VOC Tree and Benchmarking table. We recommend to insert the survey component into an existing project that has already a mind map for the VOC and / or a VOC Benchmarking.
By default, the report engine generates an intro with fields for the contact to the respondent followed by a block of questions for each VOC. Each block contains fields for the importance of the VOC and for each competitor. You can change this default configuration by switching to edit mode: click the button labeled Preview.
Configure Your Questionnaire
In configuration mode, you can change, add and remove placeholder fields. It is also possible to add some comments and other descriptions.
The configuration form has 4 sections:
- Introduction:
Enter the welcome message for your customer. - Generic Questions:
Add all questions you want to know about the one answering this questionnaire - Specific Questions:
Add all questions you want to know about each customer requirement - Sort and Filter:
Exclude some of the requirements, change the sort order
