What to Add or Combine:

  • VOC Analysis (Kano-Maslow-Value): Add analysis of customer requirements in the dimensions Kano, Maslow, and monetary benefit.
  • VOC Survey: Add a survey of customer requirements.
  • QFD 0 / Market Segments: add prioritization by market segments.
