GANTT

The GANTT component creates one main worksheet for editing and creating the tasks schedule. Some sub-worksheets will help you to visualize and edit task details, dependencies and the list of team members.

    Task Group
    Choose the focused task group. The task list has some pre-defined main groups, e.g. Action Plan, To Do, or for the different types of FMEA.

    List of Tasks
    This is the task list. For a more clear representation, you can focus on one of the top-level task groups using drop down control (1)

    Dependencies
    shows the dependent tasks - what has to be done before in order to complete this task. Clicking into a cell will show a drop-down-control to select tasks.

    GANTT Table
    Enter the duration for each task in workdays. Use the Milestone check box to mark tasks as project mile stones. Optionally set dates for the earliest start and / or the latest end of the task. Calculation will create a time schedule according to task dependencies, durations, and time frame.

    RACI
    The RACI table shows how each team member is involved with a task. Click on a cell to select from the following options:
    • R: Responsible - Owner of the task
    • A: Accountable - signs off the work
    • S: Supportive - can help with implementation
    • I: Informed - gets informed about status changes
    • C: Consulted - provides important knowledge
    • RA: combination Responsible+Accountable
