Control Plan
About Control Plan
A control plan is a summary of what is controlled at each step of the process, how it is controlled, and what actions are to be taken in case of an unexpected or out-of-control condition. In non-production areas the concept of the control plan is also referred to as PDCP (program decision process chart)
Implement process monitoring
The control plan documents how a process is currently being monitored. It provides a basis a process can be audited against.
